The term diet, from the Greek dìaita = regime, style, lifestyle, has the same meaning as correct, healthy and balanced nutrition, aimed at satisfying the physiological needs of the body but also the psychological and relational aspects through the satisfaction of the senses, respect for tradition and the rhythms of daily life.
It does not mean making sacrifices, suffering from hunger, but having an adequate diet that teaches you to eat so as not to return to the wrong habits that led to being overweight or to a pathology.
